Last updated: May 13, 2026 · Policy version 1
This Cookie Policy explains how Kissy.AI (“Kissy”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on this website. It tells you what these technologies are, why we use them, and your rights to control our use of them. Read it alongside our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser by the websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide reporting information. Cookies set by the website owner (in this case, Kissy.AI) are called “first-party cookies”. Cookies set by parties other than the website owner are called “third-party cookies”. Third-party cookies enable third-party features or functionality to be provided on or through the website (e.g., analytics, advertising).
How we categorize cookies
We group the cookies we use into four categories. You can accept or reject each non-essential category in our preferences modal, accessible at any time via the link below or in the footer.
1. Strictly Necessary (always on)
These cookies are essential for the site to function. They enable core functionality such as account sign-in, session management, security (CSRF, bot protection), language preferences, and recording your cookie consent choice itself. Without these cookies, services you have asked for cannot be provided. They cannot be disabled in our preferences modal.
2. Analytics
Help us understand how visitors interact with Kissy so we can measure feature usage and improve the product. These cookies count visits and traffic sources and aggregate this information. Currently powered by Google Analytics 4 (delivered via Google Tag Manager).
3. Marketing
Used to measure ad effectiveness, attribute conversions, and show you personalized ads on other websites. Currently powered by Google Ads (delivered via Google Tag Manager).
4. Functional
Enable non-essential conveniences such as remembering UI preferences across visits and personalizing parts of the experience. These cookies are not strictly required for the site to work but improve usability.
Cookies and trackers we use
The table below lists the specific cookies and third-party scripts we use, the purpose of each, and the category it belongs to. Vendors and durations may change over time; we will update this list when that happens and re-prompt you for consent if categories or vendors change materially.
| Name / Provider | Purpose | Category | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
kissy_ccKissy.AI (first-party) | Stores your cookie consent choices and the policy version they were given against, so we can honor your preference and re-prompt you only when the policy changes. | Strictly Necessary | 13 months |

_ga, _gid, _gat, related GA4 cookiesGoogle LLC | Aggregate analytics on usage and traffic via Google Analytics 4, delivered through Google Tag Manager. | Analytics | Up to 24 months |
_gcl_*, NID and related Google Ads cookiesGoogle LLC | Conversion measurement and personalized advertising. | Marketing | Up to 24 months |
Google Consent Mode v2
We implement Google's Consent Mode v2 framework. This means we tell Google services (Analytics, Ads) whether you have consented before they fire. Until you accept the relevant category, Google receives only de-identified, cookieless signals that contribute to modeled aggregates — not to identifying you personally.
How to manage your cookies
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking , or by clicking “Cookie Settings” in the site footer. Your choice is saved on this device for up to 13 months, after which we will ask you again.
You can also control cookies directly in your browser. Most browsers let you refuse all cookies, accept only first-party cookies, or delete cookies that have already been stored. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent parts of the site from working — for example, you will not be able to stay signed in.
Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we make material changes, we bump the policy version and re-prompt you for consent the next time you visit, so your prior choice is never silently reused against a new set of cookies.
